Chief Nursing Officer

We are partnering with a respected acute-care hospital to identify an experienced Chief Nursing Officer who is ready to lead nursing strategy, clinical excellence, and workforce transformation within a complex, high-acuity environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for a forward-thinking nursing executive to join a large Level I Trauma Center and make a measurable impact across patient care, employee engagement, quality, safety, and operational performance.
