What You Can Expect Professional Development Opportunities Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization A 27-bed Critical care step down unit Team oriented-Strong Practice Council within Unit Work with multidisciplinary units/teams to develop a care plan for patients Develop Critical Care skills to elevate patient care practice Acuity adaptable patient population with step down and critical care patients Typical patient ratios: 1:3 or 1:4 A didactic learning experience in a fast-paced environment Full and part time days Weekend options Weekend Differential $5 Qualifications A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
