Devops Engineer

Job Description

A foundation for a QSR is seeking a senior technical leader to support a critical transition period involving platform security, vendor management, and long-term infrastructure strategy. While the role definition is still evolving, the immediate need leans toward a resource with strong cybersecurity expertise who can also provide DevOps and platform leadership. This individual will serve as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders, helping align security, operations, and enterprise technology standards while supporting both near-term platform needs and long-term organizational objectives.

Skills and Requirements

Strong background in cybersecurity, with experience securing web-based applications and platforms

Experience identifying, remediating, and managing security vulnerabilities and compliance findings

Hands-on DevOps and cloud infrastructure experience

Experience supporting vendor transitions, third-party technology partners, or managed service providers

Ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on technical leader

Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong understanding of platform stability, infrastructure operations, and technology governance Previous experience with Yum! Brands, Taco Bell, or another large enterprise organization

Experience within quick-service restaurant (QSR), retail, or consumer-facing environments

Background leading DevOps initiatives in cloud environments

Experience with web application security programs

Experience helping organizations mature infrastructure, security practices, and operational processes

Ability to navigate complex enterprise technology organizations and stakeholder groups
