Best Driver Solutions is looking for Class A CDL Yard Goat Drivers for an ongoing assignment and on demand drives in Portland, OR. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking to supplement their income with consistent weekend work.
Job Responsibilities\r
• \tSafely move trailers throughout the yard using a yard goat.\r
• \tSpot trailers at designated dock doors.\r
• \tInspect equipment before and after each shift.\r
• \tMaintain a safe and organized yard environment.\r
• \tCommunicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel.\r
• \tFollow all DOT and company safety procedures.\r
Qualifications\r
• \tValid Class A CDL\r
• \tMinimum of 1 year of recent Class A driving experience\r
• \tYard goat or trailer spotting experience preferred\r
• \tMust be at least 21 years of age\r
• \tClean driving record with an acceptable MVR\r
• \tAbility to pass a DOT drug screen, background check, and DOT physical\r
• \tDependable, punctual, and safety-oriented
