You will be working in a fast-paced environment, applying your business acumen to drive value for our clients. You will lead workstreams within the context of a larger engagement, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations to client challenges. You will present your team’s findings to senior client stakeholders, implement recommendations, and begin to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree2+ years of experience in banking, capital markets, wealth management, asset management, or financial services2+ years of experience supporting business analysis, process improvement, transformation, or implementation projects1+ years of experience creating project deliverables such as requirements documents, process maps, status reports, presentations, or test artifacts1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: 2+ years of consulting experienceExperience with Agile delivery methodsExperience supporting banking, payments, lending, or capital markets transformation programsExperience with requirements management, testing, or implementation supportExperience using project management or work management toolsMaster’s degree The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
