Role Summary Under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager, the Beauty Advisor will provide outstanding customer service, build individual and vendor line sales volumes, and maintain strong customer relationships. The advisor will support in‑house training programs, pre‑booked facial consultation events, and maintain a merchandised counter while closing retail sales. The role requires proficiency in the clienteling system and a focus on driving personal business success. Responsibilities Maintain a customer‑centric mentality. Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobe management. Adapt product presentation for remote and in‑person clients. Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory. Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobe goals. Strategize personal business to increase individual productivity through wardrobe, outreach, and technology usage. Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and direct intentional traffic. Create a positive work environment through collaboration. Qualifications Motivated and able to set and achieve sales goals. Experienced with technology and utilizing digital tools to sell to clients. Knowledge of styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience. Experience with commission sales. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Flexible work schedule.
