7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Every Other Weekend

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements
- 3+ years of Med Surg experience
- Active Illinois nursing license
- ACLS certification (AHA) required within 30 days of start
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery.
- Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team during the assigned shift.
- Ensure consistent, effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to best practices and safety protocols in patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Handle patient documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
