- Prepare and negotiate leases, lease amendments and other related documents (including broker agreements, SNDAs, memorandums of lease, REAs, and access agreements) with national, regional, and local tenants
- Coordinate on lease transactions with Leasing, Construction, Property Management and Accounting
- Provide assistance to VP & Associate General Counsel - Leasing on components of anchor and junior anchor lease deals
- Review and provide comments on other legal documents
- Strong communication, negotiation and writing skills
- Detail oriented, intelligent, and organized
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Team player
- High sense of urgency and flexibility
- J.D. and admitted to practice in NY
- 5+ years of experience as an attorney in the shopping center and/or retail industry
- Proficient in negotiating leases with national, regional, and local tenants
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro
