Job Description
The Lead Water Restoration Technician oversees water damage restoration projects, ensuring effective assessment, planning, and execution. This role involves managing a small team, coordinating equipment use, and maintaining safety and quality standards to restore affected properties efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assess water damage and develop restoration plans
- Operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently
- Lead and manage a team of 1-3 technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the restoration process
- Document restoration progress and maintain accurate reports
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
- Respond promptly to emergency restoration requests
- Prepare job sites for restoration activities
- Handle materials and supplies appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in water restoration
