Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator will:Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patientsProvide patient/couple counselingEducate patients on procedures and how to administer injectionsSchedule treatment after initial and follow up visitsCoordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocolsEstablish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' familiesWhat You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be providedValid RN licenseExperience working with electronic medical records a mustHigh level of customer service essential and must be a self-starterA minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN positionMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
