If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a team environment, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives.Position Type:Part-Time or Full-Time, working a varying scheduling including every other weekend requiredShift Available: Evenings 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Part-Time 48 hours per pay-period) Evenings 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time every other weekend)Wage Range:$22.60 - $24.31 /hour depending on experienceBonus:Part-Time$500Full-Time$1,000Location:200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313 Cook Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.Review planned meals and take note of special diet requests.Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.Follow and understand diet restrictions and modifications.Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.Cook Qualifications:1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required!Strong communication and hospitality skills to interact with residents and staff.Ability to meet strict deadlines.
