Experienced CRE Attorney

Overview Beacon Hill is working with a well-established, Bethesda-based firm with a strong, multidisciplinary platform across real estate, business, tax, and litigation, seeking to add a commercial real estate attorney to its transactional team. The firm advises developers, investors, lenders, and closely held businesses with a practical, in-house style approach. The firm is flexible on level and will consider candidates as Senior Associate, Of Counsel or Junior Partner, with structure driven by experience and long-term goals. This can be a partner-track role or a long-term, non-partner position focused on sophisticated deal work. Responsibilities You can expect to take ownership of deals from acquisition through closing, working directly with clients across a range of asset types. The role offers meaningful responsibility without requiring a large book of business and is designed to support different career paths depending on individual goals. Qualifications Competitive candidates will have at least 7 years of experience . Compensation starts at $180K for associate level candidates for this position .
