Plymouth Housing is seeking a Safety Ambassador to support the Permanent Supportive Housing team by maintaining a visible safety presence across properties. The role focuses on high-incident buildings and low staffing ratios, with de-escalation and trauma-informed care guiding interactions with residents. The ambassador may monitor cameras, respond to radio calls, rove properties, and accompany staff for safety checks and transport to and from shifts.
