This position will be supervising and developing the Remote Supports service as well as supervision of the In‑Home Support segment. This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties. Personnel management and program coordination, including assuring staff complete orientation and ongoing training. Monitor all aspects of the program, including developing individual goals and plans and implementing the program. Assure coordination and management of the overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the programs, through guiding and directing the designee of the site. Hours and Details Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (must have a flexible schedule with the ability to be on call when needed, including weekends) Will travel between different programs located throughout Connecticut (mileage reimbursement is provided). Qualifications – What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor\'s degree required; human services field of study preferred. At least 3 years of full‑time, direct experience working with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities. At least 2 years of experience in management and working with developmental disabilities. Must demonstrate good decision‑making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible, mature, and flexible. Good communication is key in this role; you\'ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
