Traveler Position

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Requirements:

• 36 and 48 hour contracts available
• 8, 10, 13 week contracts available
• 2 years of previous experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed [required]
• Epic experience [required]
• State license [required]
• BLS, [required]
• PALS, [required]
• TNCC [required]
• ACLS, [required]
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
• Open to 1200, 1100 or 1000 start time.

Critical & emergency gtts-pressors, antiarrythmic, sedation [required]

Profile should include:

• Driver's License [required]
• Work history/resume [required]
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
• License verification [required]
• Copy of required certifications
• References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]

**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. ***Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate reduction
