Senior Technical Program Manager - Communications Integrated Systems - Terawave

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - Communications Integrated Systems - Terawave to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within an Aerospace & Defense environment. Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $230,398 - $322,556 annually Responsibilities Lead execution of communications systems development programs from concept through production Coordinate activities across multiple engineering disciplines including RF, Digital Hardware, and Software Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and critical paths Drive technical planning and cross-functional communication throughout the product lifecycle Manage external vendors and partners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery Identify risks in technical, schedule, and manufacturing aspects and drive mitigation plans Support design reviews and ensure alignment of system requirements across the product lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs with multidisciplinary teams Proven experience managing communications systems and complex hardware and software products Experience leading programs across the complete product lifecycle from design to production Ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering organizations without direct authority Strong understanding of hardware and embedded systems development processes Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid parental leave Short and long-term disability coverage 401(k) plan with company match up to 5% Education Support Program for further learning Up to four weeks paid time off plus 14 company-paid holidays Stock options available for all regular employees working at least 20 hours per week Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
