Permanent Nights | 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
2-2-3 Schedule

Enjoy a predictable permanent night shift schedule with built-in overtime, resulting in 88 paid hours every two-week pay period.

What You'll Do

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial production equipment
* Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
* Diagnose motors, drives (VFDs), sensors, and electrical control circuits
* Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical prints
* Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed
* Accurately document maintenance work in our CMMS
* Work closely with Operations and fellow Maintenance team members to keep production running safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

* At least two years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
* Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with 480V systems
* Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs is preferred
* Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment and interpret electrical prints
* Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
* A strong safety mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
* A reputation for being dependable and showing up when your team counts on you
