Workingclosely with Facilities Managers, Engineering and Maintenance teams, clientstakeholders, vendors, and service providers, you will help coordinateday-to-day operations and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-performingworkplace environment. A key responsibility of this role is supporting theMaintenance and Engineering teams through work order management, includingentering, tracking, updating, and reporting on work orders to ensure timelycompletion and operational efficiency. As part of CBRE's Facilities Managementteam, you'll gain exposure to a fast-paced, client-focused environment whereyour organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills will directlycontribute to the success of this high-profile account. What You’ll Do Regularly monitor work orders to ensure their timely completion and closure. Generate, track and analyze work order reports and monitor performance. Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats. Acknowledge and address all client inquiries related to the site, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns. Review work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors. Conduct site walkthroughs to identify and address site issues. Perform basic facility maintenance and workplace support tasks, including assembling furniture, hanging pictures and assist with minor repairs as needed. Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience in facilities. Some exposure to finance-related tasks required. Experience with purchase order creation and invoice process preferred. Must be self-sufficient and can work independently. Candidate should also be resourceful and proactive in seeking clarification when needed. Must possess strong attention to detail. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Proficiency with Google Workspace applications required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience using a CMMS and familiarity with utilizing AI powered tools to support productivity and report are a plus. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Demonstrated customer service abilities are required. Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Washington Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $30.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $31.25 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
