Associate Attorney - Litigation

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and defend first-party and third-party insurance claims.
- Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and bad-faith litigation.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft dispositive motions and insurance coverage opinions.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients in litigation proceedings.
- Conduct examinations under oath (EUOs).
- Location: Denver, Colorado
- Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
- Eligibility: Local candidates only - No relocation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Colorado Bar license - Mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience at a law firm.
- Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or insurance coverage litigation is preferred.
- Must be a local candidate in the Denver, Colorado area. Relocation is not available.
