Patient Volume : Approximately 15 patients per shift. Call Response Time : Within 30 minutes. Hospital Privileges : Required (Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days). EMR System : Epic. Requirements : Board Certification : Board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology. Licensure : Active Washington State medical license. Certifications : ABLS, ACLS, BLS (ATLS and PALS not required).
