Driver's License Required Rate: $19.50-$20.00 per hour Benefits on Day One Mileage reimbursement when driving for client related purposes Benefits within 30 days of employment Company pays 50% of a medical plan Company pays 100% of $25000.00 life insurance Company pays 100% of Employee Assistance Program Company sponsored dental & vision plans for self or dependents Company pays a bonus for shifts worked on a company-approved holiday Benefit after 90 days of continuous employment Company pays up to 40 hours of accrued sick time per year

The Direct Care Staff are responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive environment which ensures the quality living of our clients. What you'll do Assist, monitor, and teach individual(s) with preparation of daytime activities and encourage good personal hygiene and behavior appropriate in their home or apartment. These activities may include grocery shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and clean up Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes You'd be great if you Experience working with individuals with behaviors IS A PLUS!
