As a Sr. Assembler , you'll build advanced missile, rocket, and launcher systems that support the U.S. military and our allies. Your work directly protects the warfighter and delivers critical defense capabilities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks on mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Operate automated equipment; conduct touch-up painting and related manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, specifications, work instructions, and production plans.
• Use hand/power tools, jigs, fixtures, saws, and precision equipment to complete assemblies.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to meet specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test components per technical requirements.
• Identify and report quality, process, safety, and production issues; help resolve them.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Follow procedures and own the production of high-quality work that supports the mission.

• Location: Camden Operations, Camden, Arkansas - a key final-assembly, test, and storage hub for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire.
• Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen (facility requires special access).
• Employment: Full-time, eligible for LMCO Apprenticeship to continue skill and career development.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to work with hand and power tools, including torque wrenches, drills, inspection tools, riveting tools, screwdrivers, power screwdrivers, ratchet wrenches, nut runners, crimpers, cable tools, and other manufacturing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, specifications, and detailed work instructions.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment while following established procedures and quality requirements.
• Ability to lift to 30-50 pounds.
• This position is located at a facility requiring special access and requires the selected candidate to be a U.S. citizen.

• Experience with SAP or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook.
• Previous experience working in aerospace, defense, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $32000.00 - $59400.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
