Our patient population also consists of those status post carotid endarterectomy, lobectomy, mediastinoscopy, and any other procedure that has to do with the cardiothoracic area. We also care for vascular patients with extensive co-morbidities and complication. Devices seen in this unit are as follows: CRRT, ECMO, IABP, Impella, Centrimag, VAD, PA catheters.
