Corporate Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Remote Corporate Recruiter to support hiring efforts within the financial services industry. This Contract position will lead full-cycle corporate recruitment activities, from talent sourcing through offer coordination, while helping hiring teams attract candidates with relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong corporate recruiting experience, comfort managing high-volume hiring needs, and confidence using applicant tracking systems to keep searches organized and efficient.Responsibilities:• Drive end-to-end recruitment for a range of openings, managing each stage from intake discussions to final candidate selection.• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels and industry networks.• Partner closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align on search priorities, and provide market insight throughout the process.• Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for targeted roles within the organization.• Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.• Manage a high volume of requisitions while balancing timelines, candidate experience, and stakeholder communication.• Present candidates with relevant experience to hiring teams with clear summaries and recommendations based on role requirements.• Support offer and closing activities by helping ensure a smooth transition from selection to onboarding readiness.
