St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children Show Map Location 333 Earle Ovington Blvd,Suite 600,Uniondale, NY, 11553,United States Base Pay $63.00 - $75.00 / Hour Employee Type Contract Description We are looking for: Occupational Therapists across all boroughs (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx) and Long Island Minimum of 1 year experience pediatric Competitive rates - $63 to $75 for 30-minute sessions. #SMSA123 Requirements Must hold current New York State license (OT). Verification of certification/registration Malpractice and Auto insurance up-to-date from date of engagement. Therapists must perform assessments and interventions within state licensure laws and agency policy.
