About The Cove Hotel

At "The Cove" hotel, our roles go beyond providing a clean room and a freshly made bed. Our goal is to create memorable and unique experiences for our guests. Our housekeeping team is versatile in cleaning duties, ensuring the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel is up to standard. They have the freedom to move around and attend to whatever is needed, from fulfilling guest requests and stocking carts to cleaning rooms and public areas. Its goal is to ensure that all spaces in the hotel contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation

$15.50 - $17 hourly

Job Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Stock cleaning carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and quality standards.
• Ensure a professional appearance and communication.
• Be physically active, including standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
• Complete cleaning of each room in 40 minutes.
• Clean up to 12 rooms per day.

Qualifications

• Previous related work experience is required.
• No specific licenses or certifications are required.

• You may occasionally be assigned to work at The Beverly Hotel in Beverly, MA, 2-3 Days per week.
