Opthalmic Scribes

Opthalmic Scribes play a key role in supporting our providers and patients. You'll accompany physicians during exams, document real-time patient interactions, and assist with testing and procedures.

Prepare patient charts/EMRs and exam rooms

Accurately document physician-patient interactions

Track orders, prescriptions, and testing

Perform ophthalmic testing & work up (visual acuity, tonometry, dilation, OCT, VF, etc.)

Educate patients on procedures, testing, and prescriptions

Audit charts for accuracy

Provide exceptional patient care and service
