What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, scheduling appointments and understanding their needs.
- Guide customers through necessary and suggested maintenance with clarity and confidence.

- Collaborate with technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Excellent people skills and a passion for service.
- Experience Preferred: Automotive and customer service experience is a plus.

- Availability: Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays.
