Role Snapshot

We’re on the hunt for a magnetic and stylish Assistant Salon Manager to be our front-of-house star. This role combines flawless hospitality, sharp operational skills, and a passion for selling luxury memberships in a fast-paced, glam environment.

Expectations

• Greet clients like they're walking the purple carpet—warm, confident, and effortlessly chic
• Drive membership sales by matching client needs to our glam service tiers and perks
• Master salon scheduling with elegance and efficiency (no divas, just smooth bookings)
• Elevate the guest experience by remembering preferences and delivering VIP vibes
• Coach and mentor front desk staff with a positive attitude and polished professionalism
• Immediately follow up on all leads via phone
• Align with salon leadership to roll out promos, events, and exclusive member experiences
• Keep the glam flowing—curate our front desk aesthetic, from candles to playlists

Requirements

• 2+ years leading front desk in luxury beauty or wellness 
• Membership or retail sales wizard with proven numbers to back it up
• Excellent verbal charisma and multitasking grace under pressure
• Experience with salon software like MindBody preferred
• Aesthetic-driven mindset—you care how things look, feel, and function
• PRIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• $18/Hour to $20/Hour
