Weekend And Holiday Host
We are hiring a friendly, dependable Weekend and Holiday Host to welcome guests and help create a positive experience from the moment they arrive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is available during our busiest times.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating rotation.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Communicate wait times clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with servers, managers, and other team members.
- Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized.
- Assist with light side work as needed.
- Provide attentive service during busy weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends and major holidays.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
Required Availability
Applicants must be available on Saturdays, Sundays, and designated holidays, including some holiday weekends.
