Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Previous experience in Insurance required Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance required No Evenings or Weekends! Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Riverside. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2000. I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
