Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Adelsbach - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Insurance required
- Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance required
No Evenings or Weekends! Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Riverside.
- Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
- I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
- We have 60 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
