Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Insurance required
• Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance required

No Evenings or Weekends! Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
