Program Manager

Program Manager – Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative Position Summary The Program Manager will lead, develop, and execute projects for the Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative and support organizational development with a Director. Key initiatives include a strategic partnership with GEDA, launching a Rural Innovators Cohort, supporting external consultants, implementing and optimizing Learning Management System (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and assisting Consulting Engagement, Communications, and Membership teams. The role requires outstanding organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate broad strategic goals into detailed work plans, timelines, and deliverables. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and 0‑2 years of experience; or an appropriate combination of related education and experience. Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams. Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills. Comfort working with clinical experts, health system partners, and external consultants. Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Experience in program management within healthcare, academic, or nonprofit settings. Experience with multi‑year grants is strongly preferred.
