Homeside Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) i n Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591 .
This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking to add a local case to their current schedule while enjoying flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a sign-on bonus .
At Homeside Rehab , we provide personalized, one-on-one rehabilitation services in the comfort of our patients' homes. Our goal is to deliver high-quality care while supporting our therapists with flexibility and a responsive administrative team.

Opportunity to add additional cases as they become available
Evaluate the patient and develop an individualized plan of care based on clinical needs and goals
Provide skilled speech-language therapy services in the patient's home
Provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and related communication needs
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with the patient, caregivers, office staff, and clinical team
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as appropriate
Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
Home health, outpatient, pediatric, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Reliable transportation for home visits
Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591
Case Type: Single home care case
Employment Type: Part-Time / Per Diem
Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on patient and therapist availability
