You will directly contribute to transforming our international clients 'businesses by running and activating e-commerce campaigns and guiding team members to improve their technical goals. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the overall paid marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation, and ROI from different digital channels. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of quality outcomes with a deep understanding of media analytics and reporting.ResponsibilitiesSetup E-commerce campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelinesManage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation to prepare for campaign launchWork with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementationTroubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaignsEnsure the quality of the campaign execution processWork directly with global agencies to activate, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns for global clients and their business KPIs.Proactively identify client’s growth opportunities and take actions to ensure it happens.Assist in Ecommerce and Digital Media training sessions.Oversee the development, the rollout, and the adherence to ecommerce media best practices.Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path within PGD, while working on your daily tasks.Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service. Provide the clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with their objectives.Effectively communicate digital strategies and tactical approaches for each campaign Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g., auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns, while meeting or exceeding client performance expectationsAttend client meetings as needed.Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing sourcesQualificationsMust require:In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (Amazon Ads) operating as an in-agency expert while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape.Strong communication skills.Result oriented skills.Attention to details skills.Analytical skills. Previously trained in digital branding or performance campaigns.Intermediate Excel knowledge.Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow.Strong knowledge managing campaigns and optimizationsStrong knowledge managing Campaign reportingIntermediate knowlegde with ecommerce tools: Instacart (BASIC), Kroger (BASIC), Criteo (BASIC), Walmart (BASIC), Skai (BASIC) and Pacvue (BASIC)Good to have:Knowledge in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is a plus.Strong knowledge in one/two of the following fields: Community Management, Media planning, Media Buying, Creative strategyAd Serving Tools: GCM, Sizmek. Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Skai, 4C.  Verification Tools: IAS - MOAT.
