Responsibilities Provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and participating in resident assessments and care planning Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans Monitor and report resident conditions, concerns, and changes to RNs and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided Participate in education and training programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices Provide emotional support and compassion to residents and their families, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Pleasant Valley Manor Care Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a small, intimate setting where you can build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.
