Title Behavior Therapist/RBT Job type Part-time Employee Location(s) Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 Overview At Pair With ABA, we are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist/RBT to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30 to $38 per hour. Morning, Afternoon and Evening hours available in clinic and home. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients Record and monitor client progress through data collection Collaborate with the treatment team to set and achieve individualized treatment goals Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families Requirements Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, not required Saturday and Sunday availability required Please Note We do not inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process in accordance with federal regulations.
