Advanced Diagnostic Group is looking for a Patient Navigator in the Town of Florida, NY, to act as a liaison for patients and providers. The role includes scheduling exams, obtaining prior authorizations, and ensuring excellent patient service. Ideal candidates should possess a High School Diploma, CPR Certification, and have at least a year of experience in a medical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
