Cricket Wireless Sales Representative
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing Cricket Wireless team. The ideal candidate is motivated by sales, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role focuses on helping customers find the best wireless solutions while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Recommend wireless plans, phones, accessories, and additional products based on customer needs
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes
- Educate customers on promotions, features, and services
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to drive store performance
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends
