Join the anesthesia team at Moses Cone and affiliated facilities in Greensboro, North Carolina. This full-time locum assignment offers a diverse, high-acuity case mix in a supportive hospital setting.

The Role

• Provide anesthesia care across 20 ORs covering general, ortho, gyn, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma surgery, plus 5 NORA locations (IR, EP, ENDO, MRI)
• 60+ cases per day across all patient ages
• Medical direction model at Moses Cone (your main location)
• Must be able to float between locations
• Epic EMR, Drager anesthesia machines, and Philips monitoring
• Preferred skills: hearts/vascular, neuro, peds (note: you will not be required to do hearts & lungs at Cone)

Schedule

• Contract: November 16, 2026 May 16, 2027 (6 months / 26 weeks)
• Full-time 5x8 schedule, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Must be full time and flexible; Monday and Friday shifts are high priority
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after your scheduled shift (OT hours not guaranteed; scheduled OT shifts may be cancelled)
• Holiday pay at 1.5x on New Year s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day

Requirements

• Board-certified CRNA
• Active North Carolina license (licensing candidates cannot be considered)
• Minimum 1 2 years of experience no new graduates
• ACLS and PALS required
