Lead our Davenport and Burlington branches - and own a piece of it. Rexco is employee-owned, so the people who drive results share in them.Base+ bonus · Employee ownership (ESOP) · 3 Weeks PTO to start! · Full medical/dental/vision · 401(k)The RoleRun the full branch: the team, the customers, and the P&L.Own the P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIsRecruit, coach, and lead the teamDirect Sales, Service, Parts and RentalManage inventory levels, turns, and auditsKeep the facility, yard, and fleet sharpRepresent Rexco at customer and industry eventsYou BringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years related experience (a plus)Strong leadership and communicationComfort with budgets and forecastingMicrosoft Office; business systems a plusThe PerksEmployee ownership (ESOP)Competitive salary + discretionary PTO after 2 yearsMedical, dental & vision401(k) + Health Savings Account with employer matchLife insuranceReady to lead - AND OWN - your branch?
