As a Production Support Technician, you'll help troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, improve production processes, support new product introductions, and work on projects that improve efficiency and quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support day-to-day production operations
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues
- Assist with process improvements
- Develop work instructions and SOPs
- Analyze production performance data
- Support product launches and implementation activities
- Assist with tooling and fixture improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
Preferred experience includes:
- Manufacturing
- Production supervision
- Industrial engineering technician work
- Process improvement
- Quality systems
- CAD or drafting
