Bilingual HR Generalist - Onsite, Full-Cycle HR (Spanish)

Vaco is seeking a hands-on Bilingual HR Generalist for our Vernon, CA operation. This direct-hire role is onsite five days a week and reports to HR leadership. You will own HR functions end-to-end, from recruiting and employee relations to payroll support and compliance, across multiple locations. Ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in HR, experience in manufacturing or distribution, Spanish fluency, and solid knowledge of California labor laws. Bachelor’s degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco
