To Qualify, You Must Work at least 20 hours per week Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days Benefits And Perks Competitive Pay 401(k) Health Insurance Working Advantage Employee Referral Bonus Wellness Time Travel Time Between Clients Free Training Support from a Dedicated Office Team MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY Your responsibilities may include Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs Helping with light housekeeping and laundry Running essential errands and grocery shopping Providing medication reminders Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care What You Bring Compassionate, patient, and dependable Professional and respectful Able to communicate clearly in English Strong with organization and time management Committed to client safety and confidentiality Able to provide reliable transportation HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable NEW TO CAREGIVING?
