Multistore Operations Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Store Operations: Standardize processes across all stores, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Promotions: Plan and execute campaigns (e.g., Black Friday), collaborate with marketing, and train staff on promotions.

• Supply Chain & Inventory: Optimize inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and manage supplier relationships.

• Store Facilities: Standardize layouts, oversee maintenance, and enhance visual merchandising for better customer experience.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to drive performance and alignment with company goals.

• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to improve profitability.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in big-box Home Improvement retail operations management, preferably in a multi-store or national role.

•Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale retail operations and driving sales growth.

•Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and financial analysis.

•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools.

•Ability to travel frequently to stores nationwide.
