Dow Jones Energy is seeking a visionary leader to scale a world-class customer service, sales operations, and commercial analytics organization. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations for Dow Jones Energy and drive the mission of seamless, long-term client satisfaction. The role requires 15+ years in commercial operations leadership, global team management, and expert CRM/ERP usage (Salesforce, SAP).
