- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, focusing on their specific mental health needs. \n
- Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate healing and understanding. \n
- Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions while effectively managing multiple client caseloads. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination, actively participating in case discussions and treatment planning. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity. \n
- Engage in continued professional development through workshops and training to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health practices and research. \n
This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By providing care in a remote setting, you will bridge gaps in access, empowering clients to seek support without the barriers of traditional therapy settings.

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona. \n
- Minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for those experienced in clinical settings. \n
- Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. \n
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies. \n
