Job Title: Process Technician
Job Description

The Process Technician is responsible for setting up, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing injection molding equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of plastic packaging products. This role supports production goals by minimizing downtime, reducing scrap, and maintaining process consistency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize equipment for efficient production.
• Address and resolve molding defects promptly.
• Coordinate and perform mold changes as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure high production standards.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

• Experience with injection mold processes.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot injection molding machines.

• Ability to perform quality checks.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing environment within an injection molding facility.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Elizabethtown, KY.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
