Fr unseren Auendienst suchen wir zum nchstmglichen Zeitpunkt zur Untersttzung unseres Teams eine*n Account Manager im Bereich Sanittsfachhandel fr das Gebiet rund um Hamburg, Kiel, Flensburg, Husum und Heide.
Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte
- Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategie mit dem Ziel einer nachhaltigen Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung in den relevanten Zielgruppen im Sanittsfachhandel und in Apotheken, der Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Kompression
- Professionelle Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines eigenen Kundenstamms in einem definierten Vertriebsgebiet
- Planung, Koordination und Durchfhrung von Beratungen und Schulungen von Kunden in der Anwendung der Produkte, vornehmlich aus dem Bereich der Kompression
- Teilnahme an regionalen und berregionalen Veranstaltungen, Messen und Kongressen
- Beobachtung und Analyse der Umsatzentwicklung und Potentiale in ihrem Verkaufsgebiet anhand zur Verfgung stehender Mittel (Kunden- und Umsatzreports)
- Arbeit mit dem CRM

- erfolglich abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen sowie mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb wnschenswert
- ausgeprgte Fhigkeit in allen hierarchischen Ebenen und unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen berzeugend und authentisch zu kommunizieren und zu prsentieren
- hohes Ma an Durchsetzungsvermgen, Selbstorganisation, Eigenmotivation, analytische und konzeptionelle Fhigkeiten sowie hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
- Begeisterungsfhigkeit und Teamorientierung sowie ein hohes Ma an Flexibilitt und Reisebereitschaft
- verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wnschenswert
