The Office Services Specialist will work full-time (40 hours per week) on a 4/10 schedule. The standard weekly schedule will be Tuesday through Friday from 7:00am-6:00pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sorting and delivering mail Setting up internal conference rooms and flex office spaces, including moving large totes and heavy packages Stocking all printers and copiers throughout the office Miscellaneous help as needed throughout the law firm Required and Preferred Qualifications: Ability to adapt to a variety of situations and responsibilities Experience with multi‑tasking under pressure while continuing to deliver excellent customer service Familiarity with working in an office services environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to be on your feet regularly Compensation and Benefits: Brownstein offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k + match, profit sharing, and vacation/sick/personal time off, in addition this role pays overtime for hours worked above 40 per week. We are offering salary for this role, ranging from $45,000-$50,000.
