Responsibilities

• Lead based engagement with small business owners face to face
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Reliable and professional
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow
• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable Transportation

What We Offer:

• Compensation: Unlimited earning potential- Top performers earn $75,000-$100,000 + annually.. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly pay. Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance and commissions earned under the company's commission program.
